Surface Gas Burners use the same components as Linear Gas Burners.
Custom-built
to generate a flame with a large surface area yet low height thanks to an array of many small, side-by-side, individually generated flames. They make it possible to generate a strong flame with a reduced height.
These burners are used to produce the effect of a “surface” resembling a bed of hot coals, with very homogeneous heat distribution.
